Becky & Mark // Taking Leeds City Centre by storm 11th February 17

Here’s a throwback to a wonderfully sunny summer’s day in Leeds when Becky & Mark plus a massive gang of their pals decided to take Leeds city centre by storm!

The day started with Becky’s preps in the boutique, riverside Hotel, 42 The Calls, whilst Mark and the gents remained at home with beers and bow tying before congregating at the Town Hall tavern.

Leeds Town Hall’s magnificent frontage was full of people enjoying the mid summer sunshine, which made for a colourful exit for the couple & their guests. Confetti outside the art gallery was chucked in all manner of directions before we all wound our way through the centre of Leeds towards The Lamb & Flag.

We dived off to the Corn Exchange to grab a few shots in the iconic Leeds building and indulged in a can of Northern Monk’s Eternal beer thanks to the Little Leeds Beer House! (and an impromptu game of table tennis…)

The Lamb & Flag is one of the Leeds Brewery’s latest venues in Leeds centre, they developed a derelict corner of the Calls into a beautiful boozy oasis tucked between Leeds Minster and the river Aire.

Becky & Mark & their guests had taken over the first floor and terrace of the pub, which lends itself perfectly to a party of awesome proportions!

Food and speeches were followed by a quickly filled dancefloor as the playlist that the couple had concocted was simply epic! Many shapes were thrown before dusk, leaving us with the opportunity to slip away into the dwindling evening light to grab some moody portraits in and around Leeds.

Back at the venue the dancefloor was absolutely packed with revelry continuing late after closing time…

All in all an incredible day from start to finish and so fantastic for everything to be packed into Leeds City centre. A real privilege to be along for the ride!!
